Our story is a story about passion. Passion for good food. Ever since he was a young boy, Mendy, our chef, and general manager has been fascinated by the wonders of the kitchen. He used to sneak up to his grandmother's kitchen to experiment with different ingredients, create new recipes and challenge himself with the most complicated dishes. Growing up, Mendy kept his interest and found his way to the kitchen at any place he’s been to, he was involved with kosher supervision and Kashering of kitchens and venues worldwide and never gave up his passion and love for cooking. Now, with over 25 years of experience in catering, cooking, and dining, we have decided to share the products of this passion with our community. Our family business, run by Mendy, offers a fine Kosher Italian cuisine, served with a hint of style and made with tons of love. We use only the finest ingredients and make our own in-house dough, cheese mix and sauces, to ensure a unique, top quality, Kosher dining experience that looks and tastes like a piece of art.
